- free cancellation with voucher of the value spent by 12-30-2023, valid until 02-29-2024 
- late cancellation: cancellation on 12-31-2023 non-refundable amount

For any need during your Private SPA path it is possible to contact our receptionist at the following numbers: "10" and "62", active from 10 am to 11 pm.
From 11 pm, ther is the Night Guard service at the following number: “75”.
Non-verifiable reports won't be accepted.
