In this particular period, we have decided to develop a new, simpler and more flexible cancellation policy for a worry-free booking, which will allow you to convert your reservation into a Voucher that can be spent freely at our establishment, enjoying all our services, whether spa, hotel or restaurant.
CANCEL OR DELAY YOUR RESERVATION
If you need to cancel your stay between the day of booking and 48 hours before your stay, you have two options:
- Receive a full refund
- Receive the full value of your reservation in the form of a Voucher, spendable at our establishment.
You can spend your Voucher freely, by delaying or modifying your stay by booking a later date or a different rate, or by taking advantage of our services within the Villa Abbondanzi Resort (Pool, Restaurant, Spa).
If you need to cancel your reservation from 47 hours before the date of your stay until check-in, you can:
- Receive the full value of your reservation in the form of a Voucher, spendable at our establishment.
You can spend your Voucher freely, by delaying or modifying your stay by booking a later date or a different rate, or by taking advantage of our services within Villa Abbondanzi Resort (Pool, Restaurant, Spa).
In case of a No-Show the full amount value will be retained.
* This cancellation policy applies to all bookings before 30 September 2021.
** The Voucher will be valid for 1 year, with the exception of public holidays and major events in the area.
