Here in Romagna we have our hearts in bikes. It is our preferred means of transport to get around towns and country. We do have a point… in fact:

• Biking makes happier (bike riding lowers stress and treats the depression)
• Biking works on weight control (one hour burns up to 500 calories)
  
• Biking protects the heart and it increases your life expectancy (biking is useful for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and prevents their worsening)
  
• Biking does not pollute, it is healthy, it costs nothing and it is funny.
  

Therefore, there are many reasons to bike, not only on summer but all year round. Even and especially on holiday: that’s why at the Relais we let our guests rent bikes freely, right at the entrance of the park. It is a pity not to take advantage of it.
